Auction Administrator - Receptionist

This Auction Administrator/Receptionist position is open as part-time to full-time, permanent role located in Stafford, QLD. Being an integral part of our Auctions department with a responsibility for assisting with all front-office and auction requests, this role provides accurate data entry and customer support. 

This position is open to both experienced candidates, and candidates looking for an entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer and visitor support at the front desk and provide professional and responsive customer service
• Working closely with the auction team, administering and delivering both accurate and timely reports
• Completing auction related administration, formatting, data entry and detailed customer file management
• Delivering administration support of sales and balance sheets, performing invoice data entry and reminders of payments
• Answering and directing calls, distribution of mail
• Close cooperation with our Marketing team on organising auction related ads and prints
• Ensuring site car registrations are up to date
• General office administration as directed by the Operations Manger

As our successful candidate, you will have:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to improve and further develop your office administration and clerical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines with a strong attention to the detail
• User experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), data entry and document formatting
• Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn
• Clear Police check 
• Active Driver’s licence 

To be eligible for a Traineeship, candidates must be holding a status of an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.
