About the position:
This position is the first point of contact for all visitors and queries (face-to-face, phone, email) being responsible for general reception and front of house duties along with providing administrative support to the Executive Assistant as required.
Primary accountability:
- First point of contact for all visitors to the Forrestfield Office.
- Responsible for the efficient and professional management of all aspects of reception including face-to-face, phone, mail, and email enquiries.
- Required to undertake all aspects of general office administration, including mail, stationery orders/general supplies, meeting room bookings/preparation, catering, end of day tidy up and prepare for lock up etc.
- Will provide general administrative assistance to Executive Assistant as required.
- May provide ongoing support to Intowork Shared Services relating to Facilities and Fleet care as required to ensure continued service levels are maintained.
The ideal candidate:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Cert Ill in Business Administration or equivalent
- Sound computer literacy and data accuracy.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- High-level customer service/ interpersonal skills
