About the Role
Working within a friendly, supportive and collaborative team, duties and responsibilities of the role may include:
- Answering inbound phone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Greeting customers, providing outstanding customer service
- Replying to SMS and internet based inquiries
- Administration tasks
- Other office duties as requested by Management
- Ensuring compliance with group and stakeholder policies
