The Role

As our full-time/part-time receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.

Your friendly and professional demeanour will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and fostering a comfortable atmosphere within the practice.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments.
• Greeting patients.
• Handling administrative tasks.
• Supporting our dental team in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

You

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Display a high level of professionalism, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanour even during busy periods.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using basic computer software such as MS Office and the ability to learn new software systems.
• Demonstrate a compassionate and understanding approach towards patients, making them feel at ease.
