As a valued member of our clinic, your primary duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Coordinating appointment schedules
- Managing client flow in and out of treatment rooms
- Handling telephone inquiries and emails
- Conducting data entry and invoicing tasks
- Managing client and third-party accounts
- Communication with third parties (insurers, corporate clients, medical practices)
- Assisting allied health staff with various tasks
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness and hygiene
- Providing emotional support to clients in need

- Capacity to follow instructions implicitly and work unsupervised

- Part-Time Position with a 60-minute lunch break
- Tuesday&Thursday: 7:45 am to 6:00 pm
- Fridays: 6:45 am to 5:00 pm
