BMR Quarries/Roadwork Industries are locally owned and operated family businesses.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and loyal receptionist to join our growing team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be the first point of contact for all arrivals to the business.
- Manage the phone lines in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Directing queries to the appropriate person/location.
- Manage the weighbridge – writing tickets, invoicing, and using the controls (all training provided).
- Creating invoices for customers with MYOB.
- Data entry.
- Other administrative tasks as required, including filing, photocopying, scanning, filing, transcribing, faxing, etc.
- Adhere and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the reception area is well presented and appropriately supplied with stationery and other materials.
Microsoft office experience would be preferred.
ROLE DETAILS
START DATE - Immediate.
HOURS - 40 per week.
