We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in email communication, adept at handling phone calls and interacting with clients via email, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while working with the team
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant
- Strong email communication skills
- Ability to handle phone calls and interact with clients effectively
- Team player with a friendly and collaborative attitude
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Good English communication skill (Both Written & Verbal)
