We are a vibrant, expanding healthcare company that provides administrative support to our Physiotherapy practice in Campbelltown!
We are looking for someone with previous experience in performing office administrative management or willing to learn across a 25 hour work week, evening work is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high level administrative support to clients and staff at the practice; including calendar management, meeting co ordination, document preparation and records management
- General office admin and reception tasks; including answering phones, greeting clients and stakeholders, mail distribution, stationary orders, dealing with building maintenance, maintaining general filing system and general cleaning
- Staff Records administration including updating and maintenance of records
- Make appointments, process payments, perform banking duties and reconcile transactions
- Type letters and correspondence
- Ability to work evening hours
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
- Deadline orientated with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi task
- Ability to work well without supervision
- Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment
- Working knowledge of the Health Professionals and Support Services Award an advantage, but not essential
