Based at our Adelaide Office, you will be assisting with the day-to-day administration of our studio on a full time basis.
Your responsibilities include:
Be available to work over a Tuesday - Saturday roster.
Week one
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9-5pm, Sat 8am to 1pm
Week two
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs 11am to 7pm, Friday 9-5pm, Sat 8am to 1pm
Manage the administrative tasks.
Provide direct administrative support to our team.
A self-starter who is able to work independently.
Liaise with management handling requests and queries.
General administrative tasks.
Strong communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
Experience with cash handling and receipting payments.
Reliable, enthusiastic and professional.
What skills will you need to succeed in the role?
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
Customer service and client relation skills.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
A self-starter, results orientated and works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
