RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring we deliver exceptional member experience standards in all aspects of the role
- Meet and Greet people who come in for office space tours or Welcome visitors coming into and out of the building
- Be familiar with our services and our Be able to answer member and visitor questions and refer to additional resources such as the Organisation App or escalate issues when necessary
- Attend to incoming telephone calls as necessary for Organisations enquiries and member telephone services where necessary
- Assisting members with operating and accessing community/building services and general customer enquiries and to help solve member-related issues
- Assisting the greater team to develop connections between members, including member introductions and event support
- Collaborate with the teams and attend member events to drive new customer interest and lead generation in our office spaces
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials or property related memos to members
- Assisting with the preparation of move-in and move-out material and offices (MIMO) of members
- Administration tasks such as maintaining stock and tidiness in copier areas, utility areas, meeting rooms and common area kitchens and helping to maintain superb building presentation and reporting maintenance issues immediately using the organisations app for Help Desk ticketing
- Respond to and update the apps Help Desk tickets as necessary
- Assisting with any projects, or undertaking additional duties as reasonably require
- Ensuring all member mail is handled correctly from start to finish
EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years customer service in property, hospitality or retail
- Must have a strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding and or working with a Customer Relations Management system is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with Social Media is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills and email
- Demonstrate some basic understanding of IT Networking (LAN and Wi-Fi) and Apps
