Receptionist - Recruitment

THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking an Office Receptionist for an immediate start. At times this role can be fast paced, you need to be someone who can think on their feet, multi-task and adapt to changing environments and demands, you must be someone that can offer a high level of customer service to our candidates as well as our clients as their first point of contact.

What's the job:

• First port of call for all incoming National calls
• Front office duties, greeting candidates, checking paperwork
• Managing our filing system and ensuring quality checks are complete
• Answering multiple calls while managing the front desk
• Managing several email inbox accounts
• Speaking with clients on a daily basis, building rapport
• Screening candidates & booking interviews whilst adhering to the clients requirements
• Maintaining a database of suitable available candidates
• Administration/Data Entry/filing
• Reference checking
• Start checking of casuals at various shift times

What you will need to be successful:

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• A desire to succeed
• Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
• Excellent time management skills
• Team player
• Working rights for Australia
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
