Ideally, you've worked in a panel shop or mechanic shop, bringing industry-specific expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service.
- Performing general reception duties
- Keeping customers informed with timely updates on repair progress.
- Efficiently handling data entry tasks, including entering invoice data into the system.
