We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a Reception Team Lead who will lead the MTM Head Office Reception team. You will have a customer first approach and love creating great experiences for all employees, clients and external visitors..
This role will have two direct reports
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the team to provide high quality reception services
- Manage the team roster and administration support activities
- Maintain all relevant Reception documentation
- Maintain strong and open working relationships
- Be the key contact for information flow to third parties including Australia Post, PTV, building services
- Process and distribute all employee passes, including IDs, access card requests, employee MYKI applications and travel passes etc.
About You
- Enjoy helping people and providing meaningful moments
- Previous experience supporting senior managers and leading a small team
- Advanced working knowledge of MS packages
- Great organisational skills and prioritisation to meet deadlines
- Comfortable communicating at all levels, both internally and external
- High level of effective stakeholder management and influencing
- Work collaboratively, to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
