Established residential property developer searching for an experienced receptionist.

Your new role

As the initial point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional first impression and maintaining the high standards associated with the brand.

As part of front desk operations, you will greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour. You'll also manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries promptly and efficiently. Additionally, your responsibility will include ensuring that the reception area is well-maintained, organised, and visually appealing. In terms of administrative support, you'll aid various departments as needed. This includes coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings for executives. You'll also assist with managing office supplies and inventory. Your role involves fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Effective communication with a high level of professionalism and discretion is essential. Lastly, you'll support the planning and execution of company events and functions. This may involve assisting in organising meetings, conferences, and other gatherings.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
  • Experience using Salesforce is highly preferable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with property development or real estate is a plus.
