The Role

You will be the face of the business and first point of contact for all onsite visitors. Working within a professional environment and with the strong ability to multitask, you will be an integral part of our organisation. Your can do attitude, excellent customer services skills and clear telephone manner will be critical to your success. The duties of this position will consist of, but not limited to:

• Be primarily responsible for incoming and outgoing calls, and greeting visitors.
• Provide back-up reception assistance to our other state offices nationally.
• Administration support to various departments (Sales, Accounts, Logistics, Marketing, Human Resource).

Skills / Experience

To be successful, you will:

• Have worked in a similar role for 3 years.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to interact with customers and staff at all levels.
• Be proactive and able to organise, prioritise and manage tasks.
• Be IT savvy and competent in MS Office.
• Previous experience using SAP will be highly advantageous.
