Receptionist / Telemarketer (Full Time)
□ 5 Day Working Roster: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
□ Company based in Condell Park
□ Close to public transport e.g. Bus/Train or On-site parking available.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or in a similar role is preferred however we will be offering full training on the job.
• Must have excellent telephone manner and speech
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• PC literate (able to use word document, excel, outlook etc)
RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:
• Answering & directing all inbound/outbound telephone calls to the suitable departments
• Assisting customers with support over the phone with their inquiries
• Processing customer orders and organizing couriers pick up
• Invoicing customers for all technician service jobs and orders
• Order entry within database for orders and service calls
• Monitoring service technicians runs, phoning customers and confirming payments.
