We have team members in Toowoomba, Stanthorpe and Brisbane delivering exceptional service to our clients across Accounting, Superannuation, Business Advisory, Leasing & Finance, Audit and Financial Planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. Your warm and welcoming manner, coupled with your exceptional organisational skills, will ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person, handling enquiries and providing information as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our office, including ordering office supplies/groceries and keep inventory of stock.
- Set up boardrooms for events (internal meetings, networking, training, guests hiring rooms) and assist with special events as requested.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Accurately process and receipt client payments as a matter of priority and complete daily banking.
- Maintenance of Originals Register and regular review to ensure timely and accurate return to clients.
- Assist with any general administration functions, such as photocopying, scanning and indexing.
- Assist with Client Support Officer duties, including but not limited to administrative tasks submitted via Helpdesk.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2 years of prior experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and manners, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience using the ATO Portal and/or APS would be an advantage).
