Our ClientAn opening has arisen for a Receptionist in a in a well renowned company with beautiful CBD offices. The position is full time & permanent, starting ASAP for the right candidate and due to the nature of the role will be 5 days per week working in the office. $65k package (inclusive of super) on offer. Please note: this role will only be suitable for applicants with either Australian PR/Citizenship.
Description
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Being on the reception desk, the face of the company
- Administratively supporting the office
- Dealing with all incoming calls politely and professionally
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Compiling & processing invoices
- Data entry & document management
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- At least 1 year experience in an admin/reception type role.
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Professional in both presentation and manner
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
- Mature & responsible nature.
