CrashClaim are Australia's largest and leading accident management business offering a full 360-degree service to people who have had a motor vehicle accident. We assist people with their motor vehicle claim, helping them from the point of impact, supply an accident replacement vehicle, through to the delivery of their repaired vehicle.
As our business continues to expand rapidly, we are in search of another welcoming addition to our team. We're seeking a receptionist who embodies friendliness, is organised, and proactive, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, as well as taking care of the tolls we receive.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors with a warm and professional manner, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Toll Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain records in our database system and ensuring kept up to date.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including sorting mail, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff alike.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not essential.
