We have an exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Receptionist to join our highly respected and well-known Chiropractic health centre in Maidstone. If you have excellent communication skills and thrive in a warm and empathetic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional experience
  • Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Process patient payments and accurately balance daily takings
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scanning, printing and maintaining records
  • Engage with our amazing patients, fostering a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Be part of our team and grow with the role

Requirements:

  • Positive, results-driven attitude with a keen interest in health (Chiropractic knowledge preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ensuring effective patient interactions
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to set policies and procedures
  • High level of customer service, both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, demonstrating an ability to learn and take on new challenges
  • Honest, loyal and proactive, aligning with our Core Values

Working Hours:

This is a Part-time position

  • Monday  2.30pm to 7pm
  • Wednesday 2.30pm to 7pm
  • Thursday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm

Additionally, the successful candidate should be available to fill in for other team members when needed and be open to potential additional hours that may become available in the future, allowing for further professional growth and flexibility.
