Job description
As the Administration Assistant, you will work alongside the Sales Manager, processing client orders, answering phones and invoicing jobs.
You will monitor jobs throughout the production process to ensure quality controls and deadlines are adhered to.
The role includes assisting the production team when time permits.
A high attention to detail with good written and oral communication skills is essential to this role along with the ability to multi task.
Background experience within the clothing industry is an advantage.
The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment is paramount to ensure accuracy for orders.
Exposure to Xero desired.
