SalaryThe Company Our client is an Accounting Firm located in Glen Iris. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.

Your duties may include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering phones
- Email correspondence
- Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
- Preparing letters and other documentation
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
- Stationary and consumable ordering
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
- Ideally 6-12 months experience in a similar role
- Warm, welcoming and friendly personality
- Genuine passion for administration in the accounting industry
- Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
- Training and support
