We currently have an opportunity for the position of Receptionists/Admin Assistant at our Bondi Junction and Ultimo offices in Sydney. This is a full-time on-site position.
KEY REQUIREMENTS- Professionally presented.
- Articulate and customer focused.
- High level of computer literacy,
- A strong communicator with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Proven telephone manner and skills.
- Must be able to work between both our offices as required.
Reception and Administrative functions including:
- Answering telephones.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Liasing with customers.
- Develop a repeat and referral culture by providing a professional service, at all stages of the sales process.
- Drive team motivation through effective communication and sales hustle.
- Ensure that the office and team members are always presented at the highest standard.
- Other receptions desk tasks as required.
