The agency is located in the outer Brisbane suburbs of Calamvale and we are seeking a Full-time Receptionist / Property Management Assistant to join our professional team who are dedicated to customer service and excellence. The Role:
This is a Monday – Friday Full time position based on reception and it is to be the face of our business, greeting clients and assisting the Property Management team. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering incoming calls
- Take clear and concise messages
- Meet and greet visitors
- Processing rental applications and references
- Assisting our Property Managers
- Maintaining the key register
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Receipting rents through Console cloud
- Keeping office, reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Other ad-hoc administration support as required
About You:
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills with a pleasant phone manner
- Team player, multi tasker with a strong work ethic
- Strong willingness to learn
- Immaculate presentation
- Confident and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to grow within a business
- Mandarin speaking ability will be advantage
- Previous real estate agency experience is an advantage but not essential
