About the role:
- Be the welcoming face of the office
- Answering inbound calls and general client enquiries and/or directing calls to relevant staff members
- Providing administrative support to the sales team as required
- Located in Mount Waverley
- Monday - Friday
About you:
- Real Estate Sales Administration experience a MUST!
- Hold a valid Agents Rep Certificate
- Hold a clean and valid Police Check
- Experience using a Real Estate software highly regarded
- Corporate attire
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
