Receptionist/Sales Administrator - Mt Waverley Location

We are seeking someone with an upbeat, friendly personality, who thrives on giving excellent customer service. You will require some previous experience in sales administration & have an enthusiastic & positive approach! 

About the role:

• Be the welcoming face of the office
• Answering inbound calls and general client enquiries and/or directing calls to relevant staff members
• Providing administrative support to the sales team as required 
• Located in Mount Waverley 
• Monday - Friday

Offering up to $60k-$70K+Super (depending on experience)

About you:

• Real Estate Sales Administration experience a MUST! 
• Hold a valid Agents Rep Certificate 
• Hold a clean and valid Police Check
• Experience using a Real Estate software highly regarded
• Corporate attire
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High level of professionalism
