About the Role
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Position
This excellent opportunity is a tactical interface between DTP business areas, the Records Management Team and the executive members accountable for Records Management compliance.

Position Outcomes / Accountabilities
Play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders to advocate for user needs and align with business requirements in the design, delivery, and utilization of current and future systems. Conducting detailed operational analyses, you will identify improvement opportunities and mitigate risks. Utilizing advanced problem-solving skills, you'll influence clients and stakeholders while contributing to the development of corporate strategies and policies. Your expertise will be key in delivering complex processes, engaging with specific business areas, and planning small to medium-scale projects. Key Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess many of the following trait's abilities and experiences:
• Ability to adapt the content, style, message, or tone of a presentation to suit the audience and plan how to tackle objections.
• Capable of adding value for the client or stakeholder and a history of monitoring client and stakeholder satisfaction
• Able to identify and partner with users/stakeholders/ experts, to ensure active collaboration in the design process.
• Capable of seeing things from another's point of view and confirm understanding.
• Expertise in project delivery to meet agreed outcomes.
• Ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and draft policies and business cases using research skills and consultation.
• Able to guide others in operating digital and technology tools relevant to area of work.

Personal Attributes
On a personal level the candidate will be flexible and adaptable, capable of working collaboratively with a high level of emotional intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience
Mandatory
• Understanding of the Victorian legislative framework for the management of public records
Desirable
• A relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience with Content Manager, SharePoint and Records365

Additional Information
• Will be required to perform computer-based work and manually handle heavy packages/archive boxes .
• Maybe be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement
