Job description
A minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment providing high-level support to internal stakeholders and external candidates
You will be an expert sourcer who likes to cast the net far and wide, using various sources to hire (LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, Seek talent search etc.)
Highly collaborative and adept at building rapport with leaders, candidates, and colleagues
You are a natural communicator, a multi-tasker with strong planning skills
You are results driven and passionate about people, and developing purposeful relationships
Background in recruiting technical or engineering related roles is desirable
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
