Recruitment Advisor - Guildford Head Office - 12M Fixed-Term Contract
We're on the lookout for a passionate and highly driven Recruiter to join our team based out of Guildford. You will provide a consultative and hands-on approach to all elements of the recruitment lifecycle and help us bring the best talent into Westrac. You will have divisional alignment where you can nurture best practice among your stakeholder base and implement new creative strategies to help us on our goal to being the #1 Caterpillar Dealership in APAC!
This is a mostly high-volume recruitment position, delivering talent to one of the nation's Largest Parts Distribution Centres. It's a 24/7 operation with over 75K Cat® products and shipping over 300,000 lines per month. If you are passionate about partnering with talent professionals to influence diverse and creative initiatives, whilst operating swift and effective volume recruitment, this would be a perfect opportunity for you.

What will make you an ideal candidate:
- Experience with high volume distribution/retail/hospitality OR trade recruitment. You will be dealing with operational roles and variable allowances; and rosters and it would be desirable for you to understand these environments and candidates.
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient approach - ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with multiple stakeholders including an influencing and strategic partnering mindset
- Demonstrated experience in proactively sourcing candidates from multiple channels
- Experience in screening and interviewing candidates via telephone and in person to assess candidate skills, experience, education, fit with organisational culture and other characteristics necessary to fill positions.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative.
