PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.
PERSOLKELLY is working with multiple clients looking for Internal Recruiters across Perth. This is initially a 1-3month assignment with the potential to extend. These businesses hold huge value in teamwork and the expectation is that the successful candidate will be open to supporting the office with a variety of duties of all levels.
Location: Multiple locations across Perth, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $43.00 - 45.00 per hour
Duration: 1 - 3 months (may extend)
The Role
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Taking ownership of a portfolio within the business
Identifying and understanding customers' requirements in order to source for the most suitable candidates
End to end internal recruitment managing a number of requisitions at one time - including analysing and sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, reference and compliance checking
Generating accurate offer and employment contracts for successful candidates
Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date
Creating/ posting job adverts in correspondence with the client needs
Building new, and nurturing existing relationships with key clients
Attending candidate interviews with hiring managers
Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
Ensuring 100% compliance to company policies are adhered to
Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner
Completing multiple administration activities with have a 'can do' attitude
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment role (ideally internal recruitment)
Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
A positive and pro-active approach to work
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
Good time management and planning skills
Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask
