The Position
Due to steady growth, we have a fabulous opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team located in our Cotton Tree branch, focusing on the health sector. The ideal candidate will ideally have end to end recruitment / labour hire experience, although this is not essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advertising, screening, qualifying, interviewing and reference checking candidates
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensuring our database is updated with client and candidate information
- General administrative duties
- Managing a busy temp desk
The successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills, attributes and experience
- Ideally you will have some end to end recruitment / labour hire experience
- Energetic and self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multi task and work within a fast paced environment
- Solid administration and computer skills with a high attention to detail
- Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with FastTrack 360 is highly desirable however not essential
This is a full-time position working 5 days Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm
Applicants must also have the ability to complete a police check and have a current driver's license.
