Recruitment Consultant at Talent Quarter
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Consultant to join our candidate acquisition team. If you love to interview and are passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities, Talent Quarter want to hear from you.
This role will involve high volume interviewing and onboarding of candidates to join our pool of experienced staff supporting our Social Care and Community clients. You will play a crucial role in recruiting candidates for our client’s staffing needs, in turn making a positive impact on people's lives.
You will work closely with our Allocations Team, who will then place your chosen candidates in multiple shifts with our clients.
What your day looks like:
- Writing eye catching posts on our socials to attract staff
- Creating engaging advertisements across various media platforms
- Reviewing resumes and conducting screening call
- Completing 10+ interviews per week
- Processing application files and relevant information into our CRM
- Ongoing candidate care for successful staff
- Assistance with targeted acquisition projects in remote areas to support our clients requirements
Essential Requirements:
- Experience conducting multiple interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Stakeholder management expertise
