We currently have an exciting full-time position available for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent and On-hire Recruitment Team.
About Our Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, sales, screening candidates, managing existing relationships with clients and candidates, and collaborating with other important internal and external stakeholders.
People and the communities in which we service are at the heart of what we do with a genuine focus on connections with candidates and clients. We focus on positive outcomes for all our stakeholders.
You will work as a 360-degree recruiter, placing candidates into permanent and temporary/labour hire roles and providing high levels of customer service to clients and candidates.
About the Successful Candidate
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced and successful recruiter or have demonstrated experience in the labour hire and/or recruitment industry.
You will have integrity and transparency, with strong business acumen and solid customer relationship building skills. Above all, you must have passion, energy and enthusiasm to be part of an incredible community focused team.
With knowledge and understanding of the local labour market, you’re able to handle multiple priorities whilst still delivering high levels of customer service and attention to detail.
You will have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to work as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
