About the Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. Working out of our Office in Canning Vale, you will be servicing clientele across the Perth Metropolitan area. This role will be focused on expanding an existing portfolio of Blue-Collar clients. We are looking for someone with proven ability to grow an existing client base to maximise opportunities.
About you:
You will have, or be able to demonstrate: -
- A current drivers licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
- Previous end to end recruitment experience
- The ability to build and execute recruitment campaigns
- The capacity to manage a workforce
- A strong focus on safety, compliance, and work rights
- Strong Account Management skills - Start-ups, Site Inductions, Toolbox Talks and client / staff liaison
- Excellent time management skills
