- Minimum of 2-years’ experience within a similar position – Civil or Mining highly desirable.
- Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform.
- The ability to build excellent relationships quickly & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
- Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Have a win-win attitude driving a positive work culture.
- Experience with business development and client relationship building.
- A valid Australian drivers’ license.
