We are seeking experienced Blue- and White-Collar Recruitment consultants to join the team in Kewdale. The successful persons will start with, and further develop, warm and productive desks, built on an extensive database and a solid client group.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Respond to recruitment requests within the set quality requirements and time frames.
• Source and build suitable talent pools for vacancies, using various methods.
• Appropriately prioritise workload to maximise results.
• Continuous account management with existing clients.
• Proactive business development seeking out new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain an elevated level of professionalism in all interactions with candidates and clients.
• Drive elevated level of safety standards. 

The successful candidate will possess: 

• Minimum of 2-years’ experience within a similar position – Civil or Mining highly desirable.
• Experience with Job Adder or a similar recruitment platform.
• The ability to build excellent relationships quickly & be highly responsive in fast moving circumstances.
• Organised and pro-active approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Have a win-win attitude driving a positive work culture.
• Experience with business development and client relationship building.
• A valid Australian drivers’ license.
