About the Opportunity
Reporting to and supported by the Recruitment Operations Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator provides a central role in the coordination of National recruitment activities.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the business whilst supporting the People & Culture (P&C) recruitment operations team and function, this position will ensure the provision of an effective and streamlined end-to-end recruitment process.
The Recruitment coordinator supports our Candidate Management Advisors to deliver an efficient and highly engaging candidate experience to ensure recruitment outcomes are achieved.
The role will support a range of administrative tasks including, invoice processing, raising purchase orders, ensuring currency of recruitment tracking spreadsheets and supporting in progressing candidates through pre-employment and security check stages of the recruitment process.
Skills & Experience
The successful person will possess:
A Self-motivated and resourceful approach, with proven ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight deadlines and time pressures
High level computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Email)
Work without supervision and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
Experience gained within a HR/recruitment environment
Demonstrated high levels of customer service
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
