About You
We are actively seeking a target-driven, resilient, and ambitious recruitment consultant to join our expanding team! This role is perfect for someone hungry for success and looking to launch their career in recruitment. While no previous recruitment experience is required, we are looking for someone with a strong background in hospitality and a willingness to embrace the learning curve.
In this face-to-face role, you'll bring your exceptional communication skills and passion for the hospitality industry. You understand business financials and thrive in a target-driven environment. You have experience in a senior hospitality role, feel confident interviewing candidates and attending client meetings, and possess strong computer skills with an aptitude for new technology.
The Role
- Some of your duties will include:
- Sourcing suitable candidates for active roles
- Posting job advertisements
- Maintaining ongoing communication with candidates
- Assisting experienced recruiters during your training stage
- Connecting with industry partners
- Making outbound warm and cold phone calls to candidates
- Recording all communication across recruitment software platforms
Upon completing your mentoring and training period, you'll be assigned a 'hot desk' with numerous fillable roles, accelerating your 360-recruitment career and providing endless growth and success opportunities.
