As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our HR and departmental teams to attract and hire exceptional talent. Your responsibilities will include:
Job Descriptions and Advertising:
- Work closely with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions.
- Craft engaging job advertisements for various platforms to attract top-tier candidates.
Candidate Screening and Shortlisting:
- Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
- Shortlist candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule interviews across departments.
- Ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist new hires during the onboarding process.
- Coordinate necessary paperwork and compliance requirements.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
What you'll get in return
This is based out of the organisations sites in West/South West Brisbane. It is a part-time opportunity and offers great flexibility - you could do the role across 3-4 full days, or 5 days with shorter hours. The organisation is growing, and you would be part of a friendly HR team of seven.
