About the Recruitment Manager (Head of Power and Renewables Recruitment Division) – Australia and New Zealand
Airswift are a recognised market leader in the Energy sector. The successful leader will have a solid client base and existing team from which to grow. The division head will be responsible for the growth of recruitment performance, leading the division nationally.
You will report into the Regional Director for ANZ, driving and leading results as well as furthering our brand in the external market. The successful candidate will have proven experience growing and expanding recruitment teams offering both permanent and contract solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and lead the delivery team to meet performance targets, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- Innovate and provide unique recruitment solutions for the competitive renewables industry.
- Offer customized contract recruitment services to global, regional, and new business clients.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and comprehensive understanding of the business.
- Conduct recruitment activities, including candidate selection, client communication, and negotiation of rates.
- Manage the performance of the delivery team through performance management schemes.
- Mentor and coach new team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities and pipeline for the Country Leader’s assessment.
- Implement development programs, conduct regular appraisals, and analyze performance to improve processes and increase return on investment.

- Expertise in Renewable Energy and Australian recruitment market.
- Experience in 360 recruitment or Business Development
