We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our HR team as a Part-Time Recruitment Officer based in our Darra Head Office. This is great opportunity to kick start your HR Career where you will learn the business from the ground up.
About the Role:
Your role will primarily consist of end-to-end recruitment, including:
- Liaising with Managers and Key stakeholders about positions
- Writing and posting role advertisements
- Conducting phone screens with candidates
- Arranging interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Writing employment agreements
- Undertaking employee induction sessions
- Completing other administrative duties as required
- Supporting the boarder HR team as required
- This role would be part-time, working between 24-32 hours per week (days/times are negotiable)
About You:
- Previous experience with recruitment/HR is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management / HR is highly desirable
- Experience in prioritizing tasks and work under pressure
- Clear and effective written & verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in the company
- Intermediate MS Office skills
