In this vital HR position, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and will be empowered to make this role your own.
You will be based at our Doveton branch with our HR Manager who will coach and guide you in your new career path.
Main Responsibilities:
• Generate creative Seek ads to attract suitable candidates
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates
• Interviews
• Onboarding
Once fully trained, you will be able to support and guide our Hiring Managers on best hiring practices.
The following qualities/skills are vital for you to succeed in this role:
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail
• Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft
Experience with Employment Hero will also be well regarded
