An opportunity has become available for an Recruitment Officer to join our team. This is a casual position working approximately 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday however, an ongoing full-time position may be available for the right person.
The Position
We require a Recruitment Officer, being responsible for the following.
- Coordinating recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, booking candidates for interviews, onboarding activities
- Administrative recruitment.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people
- Exceptional customer service skills
About You
- Previous experience within a similar recruitment role advantageous
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Passion for process improvement
