The role of Recruitment Support Officer will see you working from our Victoria Park head office and will be involved in assisting Recruitment Specialists to deliver a high volume of trades-based candidates to our construction projects across the state.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volume staff onboarding and mobilisation to multiple sites throughout WA in accordance with client mobilisation processes (BHP, Rio Tinto and others).
- Conduct reference checking and booking pre-employment medicals.
- Review, book and coordinate employee qualifications and training to ensure all pre mobilisation requirements are met.
- Use client mobilisation systems (ERMS, MyPass and similar).
- Adhere to tight timeframes and moving deadlines to ensure recruitment mobilisations are carried out to meet project requirements.
- Maintenance of personal information and compliance in Recruitment Database (Avature).
- Provide high level of candidate care and service to ensure a smooth, timely and professional onboarding.
- Ensure employee and internal stakeholders are updated on mobilisation dates and requirements.
