Redevelopment Change Manager

This position qualifies for a Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (pro-rata part-time/temporary positions less than 18 months), and a reoccurring Annual Retention Bonus valued up to $10,000 (pro-rata part time), under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.This scheme recognises the role key health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas.To recognise ongoing service in this role, once the successful candidate has served a qualifying period, they will become entitled to a reoccurring Annual Retention Bonus valued up to $10,000 (as taxable income).For more information, please discuss incentive options with the contact person for this role.

What you'll be doing
Utilize your experiences and expertise to support the Far West Local Health with identifying, managing and sustaining processes related to change associated with the development / redevelopment of capital works being delivered in the District.
Develop a Change Management Plan for each capital works project in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including Health Infrastructure and Far West LHD Management Teams)
Manage and deliver each Change Management Plan in line with agreed deliverables.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in change management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing and applying structured change management approaches and methodologies to successfully deliver outcomes.
Ability to work in high pressure environment managing competing tasks and/or experience delivering multiple projects across competing timeframes.
