About the role:We are hiring a hands-on, customer-facing Regional Manager to lead and drive our Tasmania site based in Hobart. For this role, you will be a motivated individual to work towards the overall success of the small site from a business and operational perspective, including management, annual budget and business plan. Maintaining our reputation for absolute integrity and the provision of the highest quality levels of customer serviceResponsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
Support the implementation of sales to ensure targets are met
Lead, mentor and motivate the staff to deliver site goals and objectives
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards
Skills & Experiences
Experience in a senior leadership role or equivalent experience
Exposure working in the automotive industry
Exemplary communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen to achieve targets and driving results
Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Diploma level qualification in a management related field or equivalent is desirable
