About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Manager Customer, the Regional Manager leads branch and lending staff within a designated region in providing proactive and personalised services and tailored solutions for customers. Responsibilities include achieving sales and portfolio growth targets, overseeing budget and cost management, and collaborating with sales teams on plans.
About You
You are an experienced people leader, with an ability to develop and motivate team members, foster an inclusive culture and promote a shared understanding of strategic priorities. You have a customer centric mindset, have solid knowledge of banking products, lending practices and business development strategies. You are also an effective communicator, able to engage at all levels from frontline operations to the senior leadership and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
