Accountable for:
- Oversee and lead a portfolio of 15 stores, driving excellence in all aspects of retail operations
- Embrace and implement changes to optimise store performance and adapt to evolving market trends
- Utilise analytical skills and tech-savvy prowess to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making
- Ensure a strong focus on financial metrics, meticulously tracking and analysing numbers to drive business success
- Foster a culture of excellence, inspiring and motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

We're seeking a bright, energetic, and fashion-forward Regional Manager ready to embark on their next career challenge. To be considered for this role you need to have led a mimimum of 8 stores with 80+staff preferably in the fashion, footwear, accessory, homewares or beauty industry!
