We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager who is safety focused, proactive, reliable, genuine and hardworking. In this role you will report to the General Manager and be responsible for operations in Redlands & Scenic Rim.
You would enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment leading our domestic waste collection operations across a number of Queensland Regional locations. Responsibilities include leadership, mentoring and guidance, compliance, succession planning, business strategy, implementation, and achievement of desired company results.
You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops.
We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
ABOUT YOU
- Transport industry related tertiary qualification
- Significant hands-on experience in an operations orientated managerial role
- Contract management experience an advantage
- Demonstrated high level experience in P&L management, budget preparation, monitoring, analysis, business planning and continuous improvement
- Significant experience in staff management, human resource skills
- Track record of developing and driving continuous improvement
- Commitment to learning
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience with heavy vehicle operations and an understanding of general truck maintenance responsibilities
- HR license, driving experience highly regarded
- Well-developed people and relationship skills
