About The Role
We are on the look out for a confident and experienced Regional Operations Manager to provide support to our franchise network throughout NSW. This person will ideally be based centrally to Sydney to allow easy travel to all of our stores.
Reporting to the National Store Success Manager, as the Regional Operations Manager you’ll be primarily responsible for:
- Delivering consistent results in the areas of sales growth, profitability and cost management (COGS, labour and other manageable controllables).
- Delivering an exceptional San Churro customer experience and driving operational excellence across your markets.
- Acting as the first point of contact between Franchise Partners and Support Office and maintaining positive relationships in order to effect positive change.
- Providing feedback to Support Office from your market and Franchise Partners.
- Support in rolling out new programs, initiatives and strategy
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about what we do and what we offer, and take this on with pride and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role (Area manager, multi-store manager)
- Strong operational skills with proven skills in the hospitality/ QSR space
- Franchising experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Positive attitude with a hunger to drive and grow with us!
- Ability to occasionally work during peak trading hours from time to time including weekends and evenings
- Passion for being on the road and providing hands on support to our Franchise Partners, as well as occasional interstate travel
