About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be a vital part of our sales leadership team, dedicated to supporting our Victorian offices in achieving their revenue and growth targets. You will report to the National Sales Manager and work in partnership with the Branch General Managers (BGMs) in the Footscray and Mulgrave areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Drive the sales strategy, ensuring your team is equipped to win business and reach their personal and professional goals.
- Leading your team: Provide guidance and support to your team, helping them overcome challenges and maintain high performance. Facilitate their ongoing success by removing obstacles and providing necessary resources.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor the Salesforce (SFDC) pipeline to maintain high activity levels and data quality. Intervene when necessary to refocus efforts on solution selling, overcoming objections, and securing new business.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Proven and demonstrable experience in in-field sales coaching and development
- A minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial role
- A proven track record in sales, business development and provision of outstanding customer service
- A record of achievement in managing people with strong relationship building skills internally and externally
- Salesforce experience highly beneficial
