About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Managerto develop their business in and around the Victorian and Tasmanian Regions. This role involves planning and implementing their strategy by applying agronomic, commercial and marketing knowledge towards farmers, resellers and key stakeholders within the region
Responsibilities
- The development and successful sales of the total client’s portfolio in the region based upon an understanding of financial expectations of the sales budget
- Application of agronomic, commercial and marketing knowledge and skills towards farmers, resellers and key stakeholders within the territories key crop segments
- Build relationships with customers, managing their current forecasts whilst pursuing new opportunities in a wide variety of cropping segments
- Achieve and exceed the financial targets of your sales region, working closely with their internal Marketing, Finance and Operations Team
- Lead Product Stewardship and Ethics & Compliance requirements within your region
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
